Remember the cute singing bass fish of a few decades ago?–many of us remember him waggling his tail. In fact, we bought one for my father-in-law and chuckled about it. I created this fabric rendition, thinking some of the people who own casual lake homes would appreciate him; then he won 1st place in an art show!! Good fishy! Apparently, the judge had a sense of humor. Also, I kept thinking of the movie title “Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid” because I was working with plaid. So “Bubba Bass Wears Plaid” was born.–Libby
