“Ironing Board Saddlebags” does just what it says–it hangs over the ironing board to hold items. The Christensen Creations downloadable pattern was designed specially with pockets to hold everything from a spray bottle to pressing ham, markers, scissors, pressing sheet and pattern.
Note that it can also slide over a hanger to be stored in the closet or on a doorknob when not in use. You could add a teflon section in the center to have a great non-sticky area for pressing fusibles!
