The real creativity comes in how it’s made using the fold for the elastic casing, making it adaptable to ANY SIZE and optionally self-lined for extra warmth. Detailed instructions explain how to paper-piece the blocks.
This skirt won 1st prize in Alabama National Fair 2018! It’d be really easy to substitute other blocks or even other fabric or for a variety of skirts. The denim looks great with boots, though!
